摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt sensor capable of setting to arbitrary angle without limiting a tilt determination angle by 180°by determining the tilt by inverting the difference of detected capacitance while evading incorrect determination by making the area of an electrode same. SOLUTION: The tilt sensor 20 is provided with electrodes 31, 32 of the same size and same area and arranged in a coaxial state along the circular moving path 9 in which a ball 6 for tilt detection is arranged, and at the angle determination part, the internal and external peripheries are inverted at the connection parts 31c, 32c. The distance between the cubic surface of the ball 6 and electrodes 31, 32 are different and moreover the internal and external peripheries are inverted, when the ball 6 moves passing through the angle determination part the magnitude of capacitance between the internal and external electrodes are the same but sign is inverted. Accordingly, the tilt of the tilt sensor 20 can be correctly detected without affection of the temperature fluctuation, and also the angle determination part are capable of setting at an arbitrary angle.
