PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely support a diagnostic image in the field of the nuclear medicine. SOLUTION: The diagnostic image support device performs wherein an MIP (maximum intensity projection) image acquisition part 21 acquires a plurality of MIP images of different projection directions that properly correspond to the accumulation of radioactive agent, according to the three-dimensional distribution data, in addition to the agent collection detection part 24 that surely detects the accumulation of radioactive agent in the MIP image, the accumulation state determination part 27 determines whether the accumulation of the radioactive agent is normal accumulation or abnormal, then displays the MIP image in which an abnormal accumulation of the radioactive agent has been determined, is provided to an image interpreting physician. As a result, the physician, reading the MIP image, is very much facilitated of diagnosing. Hence, in the field of nuclear medicine, assisting diagnostic image supporting can be surely performed.
