PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain culvert forming device capable of forming a drain culvert of an arbitrary length causing no friction with a hydrophobic material and a drain culvert internal wall by the insertion of a perforated sheet pipe into the formed drain culvert without limiting the material of the hydrophobic material. SOLUTION: The drain culvert forming device comprises an earth cutting shank part 12 fixed to a bulldozer 1, and a shell-like culvert boring part 13, and forms the drain culvert in the ground by towing the earth cutting shank part 12 horizontally by the bulldozer 1. The bulldozer 1 is provided with a plane-like perforated sheet winding machine 11, and the earth cutting shank part 12 is provided with a U-shape forming guide for bending into a U-shape the plane-like perforated sheet delivered almost vertically along the longitudinal direction of the earth cutting shank part 12 from the winding machine 11. A pipe forming machine 15 is provided for returning the perforated sheet bent in a U-shape by the U-shape forming guide 18, once into the plane shape and then forming the perforated sheet changed on almost horizontal direction into a pipe shape.
