PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-construct fireproof covering sheet for a steel frame, which can impart two-or-more-hours fireproof performance to the steel frame even with a thickness of 4 mm or less. SOLUTION: In the fireproof covering sheet 1 for the steel frame, an aluminum substrate material, a shape-retention expanded layer, and a shape-retention and heat-insulating reinforcing layer are laminated together in this order. The shape-retention expanded layer contains a thermoplastic resin and/or a rubber, thermally-expansible graphite, ammonium polyphosphate, and calcium phosphate; the content of calcium phosphate based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin component is in the range of 20-200 pts.wt.; the content of ammonium polyphosphate is in the range of 20-200 pts.wt.; the weight ratio of calcium phosphate and ammonium polyphosphate, which is obtained by dividing the weight of calcium phosphate by that of ammonium polyphosphate, is in the range of 0.6-1.5. The shape-retention and heat insulating reinforcing layer contains a thermoplastic resin and/or a rubber, thermally-expansible graphite, and a boric acid; and the content of the boric acid based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin component is in the range of 30-300 pts.wt.
