PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing with excellent workability a decorative sheet-stick-on floor material in which actual processing is executed at a lateral surface in a longitudinal direction, and also to provide a decorative sheet-stick-on floor material obtained by the production method. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 2 is covered on a base material 1 which is actually processed at the lateral surface in a longitudinal direction to form the floor material in the method. The decorative sheet 2 which is preliminarily cut to cover a surface part 11, an almost upper half of an actual processing part and butt ends 14, 15 of the base material 1 is adhered on the base material 1 through a hot melt adhesive 3 under heating, and then is cooled and released and the decorative sheet 2 is sticked on the base material 1 in the method of producing the decorative sheet-stick-on floor material, and also the decorative sheet-stick-on floor material A obtained by the production method is disclosed.
