PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler with a neck warmer where a muffler and a neck warmer are integrated so as to solve the following inconvenience: a muffler and a neck warmer are conventionally separated from each other and therefore the neck warmer warms only the neck line of a wearer and the muffler warms only her (his) ears, so that the wearer feels cold on the neck line because a clearance is caused between the muffler and the neck warmer. SOLUTION: The muffler with a neck warmer is obtained by attaching the neck warmer 2 to the muffler 1 so as to integrate the neck warmer and the muffler together, so that the neck line, the ears and also the face can be warmed.
