PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber cloth or fiber product which develops two colors with optical interference in excellent visibility and has a high designing property. SOLUTION: (1) This fiber cloth or fiber product optically developing two colors is characterized by sequentially laminating a smooth layer, and a pearl pigment layer optically developing two colors and prepared by coating flaky aluminum oxide or flaky silicon oxide with a metal oxide to a fiber cloth or a fiber product. (2) This fiber cloth or fiber product optically developing two colors is characterized by thermally transferring thermal transfer paper to a fiber cloth or a fiber product, where the thermal transfer paper is prepared by sequentially laminating a pearl pigment layer optically developing two colors and prepared by coating flaky aluminum oxide or flaky silicon oxide with a metal oxide, a smooth layer, and an adhesive layer, to a fiber paper sheet or a fiber film.
