PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control to be able to process processing of a missing number surely generated at the time of manufacturing of an information communication object on an old primitive manual operation easily and correctly by a computer. SOLUTION: A printer P is disposed to the stroke upstream of a system V which manufactures the information communication object. A reading sensor B is disposed in an ejection stroke. And, missing number information X on the information communication object that various information is described by the printer P is read by a sensor B, sorted out by a computer C, again printed and processed, and thereby complements the missing number.
