PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a plastic molded body having an embossed pattern on its surface. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the plastic molded body with the embossed pattern comprises a preheating process (A) for heating a mother sheet 1, which comprises a thermoplastic material and having the embossed pattern on its one side, to a predetermined temperature, a setting process (B) for installing the preheated mother sheet 1 at a recessed mold 91 having a vacuum drawing means 99 comprising a predetermined form in a hermetically closed state, a vacuum molding process (C) for performing vacuum drawing from the recessed mold 91 to mold the mother sheet 1, an injection molding process (D) for injecting a thermoplastic material toward the surface 11 having an embossed pattern of the mother sheet 1 and a mother sheet removing process (E) for opening both molds 91 and 92 after the injection molding process (D) not only to take out a molded processed article 5 but also to peel the mother sheet 1 present on the surface side of the taken-out molded processed article 5.
