PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring a sticking-deviation amount of an ink-jet head, which can protect the interior of the ink-jet head from being soiled, and always carries out stable measurement. SOLUTION: The device for measuring the sticking-deviation amount of the ink-jet head is provided with: a head holding means for holding the ink-jet head capable of ejecting liquid that does not leave a residue after being dried, as ink; a substrate holding means for holding a recording substrate having an ejection receiving surface formed of a material that interacts with the ink; an observation device for observing a sticking impression generated by the interaction between the ejected droplet and the ejection receiving surface; and a calculating device for calculating the sticking-deviation amount from the location of the observed sticking impression.
