<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a locking member in a stable state of locking on a belt of a main clamp even if the diameter of a main cable is small and the curvature of the belt becomes large. <P>SOLUTION: A belt clamp is configured to join a sub-clamp installed on a sub-cable with a main clamp installed on a main cable to install the sub-cable together with the main cable. The belt clamp includes: the locking member 30 attached to a belt 16 of the main clamp; and a holding portion 24 that is integrally formed on the sub-clamp and can be joined with the locking member 30. The locking member 30 includes: a flexible portion 33 and a locking lug 38 that can be engaged with teeth of the belt 16 of the main clamp. The holding portion 24 includes a pressing portion 25a that presses and bends the flexible portion 33 when the holding portion is joined with the locking member 30. When the flexible portion is pressed and bent, the locking lug 38 is forcibly caused to bite into the teeth of the belt portion 16 of the main clamp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
