摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solid polymer fuel cell capable of forming three-phase interface sufficiently by reducing usage quantity of platinum catalyst and suppressing condensation of the catalyst particles, thereby superior in power generation characteristics.

SOLUTION: A suspension containing platinum catalyst particles and hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte as a solid content is sprayed by resonating a spray nozzle utilizing supersonic vibration, and particulates in which the surrounding of the platinum catalyst carrying carbons is covered by hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte are adhered on the surface of an electrode base body 21, and an electrode catalyst layer 22 is made.
