PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip mounting structure for a vehicular molding capable of obtaining sufficient retaining force by a metal molding and a clip, enhancing efficiency of assembling work of the clip to the mold made of metal and easily performing enhancement of rigidity of the mounting portions of the clip to the metal molding and a vehicle body side without causing a large size. SOLUTION: A flange part 23 having an engagement hole 28 is formed on the metal molding 16, whereas the clip 17 is constituted by a first clip member 41 and a second clip member 42. An engagement part 47 formed on the first clip member 41 is engaged with the engagement hole 28 and it is mounted to the metal molding 16 by clamping the flange part 23 by the first clip member 41 and the second clip member 42.
