PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform assessment for an earthquake insurance applied to an apartment in the event of earthquake.

SOLUTION: An insurance company server device 10 comprises an other company information acquisition part 12 acquiring earthquake insurance contract information showing earthquake insurance contracts for shared parts in earthquake insurance contracts of each insurance company for the apartment and assessment information showing the assessment contents thereof; and an input and output part 14 outputting information related to earthquake insurance contracts for private parts of earthquake insurance contracts of the own company for the apartment, and acquiring and outputting assessment information for shared parts of the apartment or the like that is an object of an earthquake insurance contract to be outputted based on the earthquake insurance contract information and assessment information acquired by the acquisition part 12.
