<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize protection of customer's personal information and simple introduction to a member's store of a reservation management system which reduces time loss of a customer by a waiting line for its turn in a restaurant, an eating house or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When coming to a member's store, a customer applies for customer's mobile terminal mail address and a unique ID is assigned. The customer performs reservation registration of a desired member's store by using a Web browser of a mobile terminal, and a reservation management ASP server registers the customer to a reservation management table. The ASP server notifies a reservation number, a reservation rank and reservation waiting time to a mobile terminal mail address. The ASP server performs notification of arrival of reservation sequence order to the mobile terminal mail address. Notification manually of arrival of reservation sequence order is also possible by using the Web browser of member's store terminal.
