PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the use restrictions of a plurality of image forming apparatuses without charging cost.

SOLUTION: An authentication managing part 24 receives an inquiry result from an external authentication server 30A through a second interface 27, and reads restriction information of a user A from a restriction information storing part 23 to transmit the restriction information to a compound machine 10A through a first interface 21 when the user A is legal. In addition, the authentication managing part 24 transmits an error showing an authentication failure to the compound machine 10A through the first interface 21 when the user A is not legal.
