<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a porous body which is reduced in load on the environment, wide in production conditions, and excellent in productivity by using a subcritical or supercritical fluid. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the porous body in which a large number of pores having communicating properties in the thickness direction exist includes a process for manufacturing a laminate having at least three layers which has at least one intermediate layer made of a thermoplastic resin having hard segments and soft segments and in which two outer layers made of a thermoplastic resin composition are laminated on both sides of the intermediate layer, respectively, a process in which after the obtained laminate is impregnated with a supercritical or subcritical fluid, the fluid is released from the supercritical or subcritical state and vaporized to form the pores in the laminate to make the laminate porous, and a process in which after the pores are formed, both outer layers are peeled off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
