PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel in which various kinds of attached equipment are not dropped off even if they receive vibration and impact, damage is not generated on the instrument panel, reduction of the number of parts can be achieved when various kinds of equipment are attached and attachment of the equipment can be stably performed in the instrument panel arranged in a driver's room of a working vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: The instrument panel is provided, which is provided with a synthetic resin base material and a skin layer covering in an integrated manner the surface of the synthetic resin base material and can be arranged at a front side of a driver's seat in the driver's room of the vehicle. On the synthetic resin base material, a metal support is integrally molded by insert molding in such a state that a part of the metal support is projected from the synthetic resin base material. It has a frame fixing part capable of assembling/fixing the instrument panel to the vehicle body frame of the vehicle on a portion projected from the synthetic resin base material.
