PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable laminated film excellent in the ultraviolet cutting-off properties of the film and the hand cutting properties of the perforation of the film, also excellent in stiffness, shrink finish properties, transparency at the time of regeneration and addition and natural shrinkage, suppressed in ply separation of the film and suitable for use in shrink packaging, shrink bundling packaging or a shrinkable label. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable laminated film has a layer A constituted of an amorphous polyester resin composition containing a polyvalent carboxylic acid residue and a polyhydric alcohol residue, a layer B constituted of a styrenic resin composition and a layer C constituted of a resin composition which contains a copolymer of a styrenic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene hydrocarbon or its hydrogenated derivative and is characterized in that the content of the styrenic hydrocarbon to the whole of the copolymer or its hydrogenated derivative is 5-40 mass% and is characterized in that the light transmittance at a wavelength of 300 nm or below of the film is 5% or below and the ratio TTD/TMDof the tear strength TTDin the main shrinkage direction of the film measured according to JIS K 7128-3 and the tear strength TMDin the direction crossing the main shrinkage direction at a right angle is set to 0.4-1.6.
