PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which a secondary battery body and a circuit board are integrated with a resin mold. SOLUTION: This battery is provided with: the battery body 101; the circuit board 102 where terminals 104 and 105 for external connection are formed on one principal surface and a battery protecting circuit element is mounted on the back surface of the principal surface; a connection member electrically connecting a cathode and an anode of the battery body 101 to the circuit board 102 and having a heat-sensitive element arranged thereon; and a resin mold body 103 fixed to and integrated with the battery body 101 and the circuit board 102 by filling a resin in a space with the battery body 101, the circuit board 102 and the connection member arranged therein.
