PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of improving high temperature storage characteristics even if battery voltage is made high. SOLUTION: A positive electrode 21 and a negative electrode 22 are laminated through a separator 23 and an electrolyte layer 24. The open circuit voltage at the time of full charging is 4.25 V or more and 4.55 V or less and the electrolyte layer 24 contains electrolytic liquid and a polymer compound and is in gelatinous state.
