PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a part with a magnet which facilitates finding of occurrence of wrong fitting of the part with the magnet such as a loudspeaker, controls occurrence of a defective product, has excellent assembling workability, and is low-cost, in a fitting mechanism of the part including the magnet. SOLUTION: In the fitting mechanism provided with supporting claws for fixing the part with the magnet including the magnet in a part of the constitution to a side face of an electronic apparatus body, the fitting mechanism has 3 supporting claws or more, each supporting claw has a supporting face to support the side face of the part with the magnet, at least one of the supporting claws is set below the part with magnet and has the supporting face having an angle of 5°to 45°to a vertical line of a fitting face, other supporting claws have the supporting faces to be vertical approximately to the fitting face, a magnetism preventing board as a means to interrupt a magnetic flux generated from the part with magnet is provided, and the magnetism preventing board is provided with fixing claws to fix the part with the magnet to the electronic apparatus body.
