PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure which can simply fix a first member and a second member of a device and can disassemble the device simply dissolving the fixing, a display device which can easily dissolve the fixing of a first cabinet and a second cabinet, and a fixing member used for the fixing structure and the display device. SOLUTION: Fixing of a front cabinet 1 and a rear cabinet 2 is carried out using a rivet 50 which forms a strength adjustment hole 57 in a connection unit 53 connecting a shank unit 51 and a head unit 52, and weakens strength of the connection unit 53. The front cabinet 1 and the rear cabinet 2 can be fixed by engaging a claw unit 55 formed in the shank unit 51 of the rivet 50 in an engaging groove 13 of the front cabinet 1 via a through-hole of the rear cabinet 2, and the rivet 50 is engaged so as not to be rotatable. In the condition, a force to rotate the head unit 52 of the rivet 50 is applied, and the fixing can be released by destroying the connection unit 53 whose strength is weak.
