摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical apparatus, a mounting structure, the manufacturing method of the electrooptical apparatus, and an electronic apparatus, for stably transmitting a high frequency signal which is transmitted through wiring of a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: The electrooptical apparatus comprises: a substrate 5 provided to the liquid crystal panel 2; input wiring 14 provided on the substrate 5; an insulating layer 35 provided to a side opposite to the substrate 5 of the input wiring 14; and a first conductive member 37 which is provided so that it overlaps at least a part of the input wiring 14 across the insulating layer 35 in a planar manner. Thereby, for example, a micro strip line structure in which the input wiring 14 and the first conductive member 37 are provided across the insulating layer 35, is formed with respect to the input wiring 14 on the liquid panel 2. The leakage of an electromagnetic wave due to current which flows in the input wiring 14, for example, is suppressed and the high frequency signal transmitted through the input wiring 14 is stably transmitted.
