PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method by the use of which a production cost is suppressed, the strength of a molded-article is enhanced and a vivid coloration can be performed. SOLUTION: A thermosetting resin binder is adhered to the surface of a rubber chip in a small thickness and a pigment is adhered to the surface thereof, followed by heating the whole structure. Differing from the case where a resin binder set at normal temperature is used, the amount of a thermosetting resin binder can be markedly reduced, so that the production cost is lowered. Since the thermosetting resin binder may be adhered only in a small thickness, the time required for stirring may be short and the producibility will be enhanced. Since on the surface of a rubber chip, only a thin film of a thermosetting resin binder is formed, the flexibility and resilience being inherent in a rubber chip is not impaired and when a pigment is adhered to the surface of a resin binder, they are not mixed, so that a silky beautiful surface of the pigment can be finished.
