PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper display-cum-packaging box which functions as a display box simultaneously with opening of a packaging box, serves as an eye-catching tool and a sales tool having an advertising and displaying function similar to a display box dedicated to a display purpose alone, and can transfer commodity information and advertising information to customers with strong impact. SOLUTION: The paper display-cum-packaging box is formed of a box body A consisting of a top surface portion 1, a bottom surface portion 2, and a cylindrical side surface portion 3 in a sealed state. The box body has a tape separating portion 4 arranged along the cylindrical side surface portion 3 in a manner being spaced away from the bottom surface portion 2, and by cutting away and removing the tape separating portion 4, the box body A can be unsealed and divided into an upper box body A1 consisting of the top surface portion 1 and an upper cylindrical side surface portion 3a, and a lower box body A2 consisting of the lower cylindrical side surface portion 3b and the bottom surface portion 2. Then a rocking display plate 5 is arranged on an inner surface side of the lower box body A2, so as to extend in a top surface direction and be positioned higher than an upper end of the lower cylindrical side surface portion 3b.
