PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning structure of a building which improves air-permeability at a specified floor of the building and improves lighting property and forms comfortable habitable environment. SOLUTION: The inside at the specified floor 10 of the building A is partitioned into a plurality of spaces by a partitioning wall 1 in the partitioning structure of the building A. The specified floor 10 is partitioned by the partioning wall 1 into a first space 20 provided with a stairwell 20a and a second space 30 which is adjacent to the first space 20 and is provided with an upper layer part 31 and a lower layer part 32 partitioned by an intermediate floor 30a. An air-permeable wall part 2 provided with a plurality of holes or slits and having air-permeability and a translucent wall part 3 having a facing material 3a with translucency are formed in the partitioning wall 1 which separates the first space 20 from the upper layer part 31.
