PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod that enables prompt balance weight control and also enables the enlargement of the balance adjustable range. SOLUTION: The balance weights 5, 5 are attached freely movably along the shaft line direction of the rod body 2, to each of the internal spaces of the rod top side part positioning on the rod top side and the rod bottom side part positioning on the rod bottom side interposing a reel seat 3 attaching position.
