PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model system useful for elucidating morbidity of various diseases associating with variation of a class II PcG complex and developing treating/improving means for the disease. SOLUTION: A non-Homo sapiens mammal defected in function of Phc2 gene on chromosomes, an application of the mammal as a model animal easily developing immune disorders and a method for evaluating immune disorder suppression actions or immune disorder induction actions are provided.
