A brush assembly adapted to be mounted to a drain. The drain brush assembly ( 11 ) comprises a housing ( 14 ), a brush head ( 16 ) and a set of bristles ( 51 ). The housing is adapted to be engaged with a drain to provide the inlet to the drain. The brush head ( 16 ) is supported by the housing to extend across the drain inlet. The set of bristles ( 51 ) extends from the outermost axial face of the brush head ( 16 ). The brush head ( 16 ) is supported by the housing ( 14 ) to be resiliently depressible into the housing ( 14 ).
