An insulating paper cutting device is provided to cut an insulating paper into uniform length by controlling a motor for discharging an insulating paper and a cutting device for cutting the insulating paper according to a signal of a sensor for detecting the number of rotating panels. An insulating paper cutting device includes a winding roller(12), a transfer roller(18), and a cutting device(24). A band-shaped insulating paper is wound around the winding roller. The winding roller is installed at the top of a stage(10). The transfer roller is composed of a top transfer roller(14) and a bottom transfer roller(16). The insulating paper wound around the winding roller passes between the top and bottom transfer roller, and the transfer roller is rotated by the power of a motor(20) so as to transfer the insulating paper to the cutting device. The transfer rollers are sequentially installed at the stage and rotated at the same time by the power of the single motor. |
