Nordic walking shoes for exercise of an upper body part are provided to let a user to exercise the upper body part while walking by combining an upper body exercise tool such as an elastic rubber band and a handle unit, to the shoes and to separate the upper body exercise tool while running. The Nordic walking shoes(100) for exercise of an upper body part for enabling a user to walk or jog while wearing the shoes and to reinforce the physical strength of the upper body part at the same time comprise a shoe body(10) having a sole(12) attached at the bottom side; a handle unit(50) gripped by the user; and an elastic rubber band(40) having predetermined elastic force, wherein one end of the elastic rubber band is directly or indirectly connected to the shoe body and the other end is connected to the handle unit.
