摘要 A real-time dissolved oxygen(DO) logging system and a method for logging DO value are provided to automatically log the concentration of DO in real-time, thereby reducing waste of time and work caused by a conventional multi-step work and handy work and preventing trial and error caused by a worker. The real-time logging system comprises a DO measurement portion(100) for measuring the amount of DO in a sample, an analog-digital(AD) converter(200) connected to the DO measurement portion to convert a measured analog value into a digital value, and a computer(300) for receiving information from the AD converter to log the change of the DO value in real-time. The method for logging DO value in real-time comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a sample including an aerobic microorganism; (b) aerating the sample using an oxygen supplier to control the amount of DO; (c) injecting ammonia nitrogen standard reagent into the sample and agitating it; and (d) measuring the DO amount through a DO sensor and a DO measuring equipment until the amount of the DO becomes 0 ppm and then storing the measured value in the computer through the AD converter.
