A rotor assembly of an electric motor is provided to improve the operation efficiency of the electric motor by minimizing the loss of a magnetic flux by reducing the size of wire holes, which are formed on a rotor core. A rotor assembly of an electric motor includes a rotor core(10), first and second end plates(20,30), a wire(50), and an output shaft(60). A permanent magnet is arranged on plural core plates. Plural first wire holes are formed on an outer periphery of the rotor core. The first and second end plates are implemented at both ends of the rotor core. A second wire hole is formed to correspond to the first wire hole. The wire is inserted into the first and second wire holes such that the first and second end plates are coupled with the rotor core. The output shafts are fixed on the first and second end plates.
