<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer ceramic board which is capable of quickly separating and removing the burned object of shrinkage suppressing green sheets and canceling the survival of the residues. <P>SOLUTION: Board green sheets 1a to 1f are laminated into a board green sheet laminate 1, the green sheet laminate 1 is interposed between base layers 3 and 4 which contain calcium carbonate, shrinkage suppressing green sheets 5 and 6 are provided respectively on the base layers 3 and 4 which sandwich the green sheet laminate 1 between them, and the laminated assembly is burned. The base layers 3 and 4 containing calcium carbonate are thermally decomposed in a burning process to accelerate the separation of the burned object of the shrinkage suppressing green sheets 5 and 6 formed thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
