<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed occupancy state detecting device facilitating installation of bed load detectors on a bed installation face. <P>SOLUTION: This bed occupancy state detecting device 1A is provided with a plurality of load detectors 2 having mount parts 3 for mounting respective leg parts of a bed 40. Each load detector 2 installed on a bed installation face 45 detects a load applied to a leg part 42 of the bed 40 mounted on the mount part 3. This bed occupancy state detecting device 1A detects the state of a subject lying in the bed using signals relating to the loads of the bed 40 output from the plurality of load detectors 2. When one of the plurality of load detectors 2 is defined as a master machine 2A and the plurality of other load detectors 2B are defined as slave machines, this bed occupancy state detecting device 1A is provided with a plurality of non-contact type distance sensors 4 measuring the distances between the master machine 2 and the respective slave machines 2B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
