<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vitamin E-containing drinking composition a sufficient amount of which can be added to a beverage for enrichment of nutrition, and suppressed in unique smell peculiar to extracted vitamin E. <P>SOLUTION: The vitamin E-containing drinking composition is produced in view of the fact that the extracted vitamin E and plant polyphenole are brought into contact with each other in an identical water system to make the plant polyphenole catch the unique smell peculiar to the extracted vitamin E to result in suppression of the unique smell peculiar to the extracted vitamin E. The vitamin E-containing drinking composition takes a form of an oil-in-water type emulsified composition, a solubilized composition, or powder, grains or a microcapsule obtained by drying the oil-in-water type emulsified composition or the solubilized composition, and preferably comprises the oil-in-water type emulsified composition or the solubilized composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
