<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time constant automatic estimation method, a time constant automatic estimation device and a servo motor control system for easily estimating time constants by simple calculation without sparing any labor or time for adjusting the time constants, and for reducing any operation load during servo motor adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: This time constant automatic estimation device 6 for automatically estimating time constants when accelerating and decelerating a servo motor by operating a read operation program is provided with: a current value detection means 8 for detecting a peak current value when accelerating the servo motor with temporary time constants preliminarily prepared for a test operation; and a time constant estimating means 9 for estimating the time constants when actually operating the servo motor with a desired target current value during main control from the relation of the peak current value and the temporary time constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
