<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating apparatus which can secure surely the flow rate of its air flows in its flow passages. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat radiating apparatus with one blowing fan 25a still operating, the other blowing fan 25b is stopped. Air flows are generated from the blowing fan 25a toward the blowing fan 25b. Each air flow passes through a flow passage interposed between fellow fins 27. At this point, dust 37 is deposited gradually in the input ports of the respective flow passages. Thereafter, the operation of the blowing fan 25b is started at the same time as the stopping of the blowing fan 25a. Air flows are generated oppositely from the blowing fan 25b toward the blowing fan 25a. The air flows are inverted in the insides of the respective flow passages. Such air flows remove the dust 37 from the input ports of the respective flow passages. In this way, the deposition of the dust 37 can be avoided surely. In addition to this, the installation of any anti-dust filter can be avoided.
