<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking device with load temperature detection made easy, and action of an inverter stabilized. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking device is provided with a heating coil 16 induction heating a load 15, an inverter 14 having high-frequency magnetic field generated from the heating coil 16, and an output control means 18 controlling an output of the inverter 14. Load temperature is made easy to detect, and inverter action is stabilized by fixing an amount to be controlled by the output control means 18, and detecting the target amount of control input in the output control means 18, and by making an amount to be controlled change when a preset control target range is surpassed or about to be surpassed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
