PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for monitoring an impact which has a possibility of causing internal defects, in order to discover the internal defects of a composite material at an early stage, without affecting the composite material. SOLUTION: The impact monitoring system comprises a sheet-shaped impact detection means 12 which is stuck to the outer surface of the composite material (propeller blade 11) to output a detection signal responsive to the magnitude of the load impressed, a notification means 37 for notifying a person, and a control means 22 for allowing the notification means 37 to perform notification, when receiving the detection signal from the impact detection means 12.
