PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shooting training device which is easy to adjust position of a target carriage and to remove the target carriage wherein maintenance space for maintenance operation is secured. SOLUTION: In the shooting training device, a target 1 which can perform appearing/disappearing action such as popping out from a shooting floor mounted to a concrete slab 5 is moved for a shooter. The shooting training device includes the target carriage 4 for loading the target 1, a track 11 on which wheels 17 of the target carriage 4 travel, a plurality of supporting member 12 vertically extending from a lower surface of the concrete slab 5 for supporting the track 11 which is fixed at the lower surface and side surfaces of the concrete slab 5 and position adjusting nuts 14 for fixing and adjusting the support members 12 to the concrete slab 5 with anchor bolts 13 to adjust the position of the track 11 installed on the support members 12.
