PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow removing device capable of surely removing a snowfall layer regardless of a snow quality and a roof pitch. SOLUTION: This snow removing device 1 has a guide rail 3 and a snow removing member 4 laid along an inclined face of a roof 2. The guide rail 3 extends on a steeply inclined face part 7 to its tip by arranging a bending point 6 in front of the eaves edge. The snow removing member 4 has a bucket 15 scooping up the snowfall layer 14 on the roof 2, a front wheel 16 and a rear wheel 17 supporting front-rear parts of the bucket 15. These wheels rotatably move while respectively sandwiching an upper flange of the guide rail 3. The snow removing device 1 turns on a starting switch when an elastic member 19 lowers when there is a specific snowfall quantity in a measuring vessel 18, and after the snow removing member 4 descends along the guide rail 3, an inclination of the bucket 15 becomes steep when the front wheel 16 enters a bending part 6, and a snow mass 23 in the bucket drops.
