PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment operating apparatus capable of accurately and securely pressing an attachment to an optional position. SOLUTION: Images of a treated part Aa of a treated person A and of a hand-shaped treating element 4 captured by a camera 5 are displayed in a display device 24 of a personal computer 22, and the treated person A to be treated operates an input device 25 to move the hand-shaped treating element 4 in an optional direction and to an optional position while visually recognizing the treated part Aa and the position of the hand-shaped treating element 4 displayed in the display device 24 with the treated person A's eyes. Then, the hand-shaped treating element 4 is pressed to the treated position as the treated person A likes or desires, or to the treated position suitable for the treatment.
