PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notation inverting and changing toy for three-dimensionally moving a notation object and generating sound together with the movement for the weak impression just by the change of an appearance in a conventional toy for putting out a hand of a doll upwards from the inside of a case and the toy for adding colors to an object on a slide board. SOLUTION: A case turned to a thin box shape and a moving plate to be vertically moved inside the case are formed and a narrowed hooking part and an inverting part are provided on the upper side of the moving plate by a bend part. The case is provided with a receiving hole where the inverting part gets out of the case from the hooking part on the upper side and is provided with a folding piece with an insertion line on the lower end, a knob part is inserted to the insertion line and vertical movement is stabilized. By moving the knob part, since the hooking part and the receiving part function as a turing shaft, the inversion part is inverted, and the moving plate provided with a tongue piece downwards from the bend part is brought into contact with a thin window cut out on the back surface of the case and generates sound.
