A display terminal color adjusting method relating to display device includes the following steps: a main control unit (1) generates color adjusting ratio, a display driver (2) realizes color correction according to the color adjusting ratio, and a display panel (3) displays corresponding color. Specially, the said method includes the following steps: the main control unit (1) generates the adjusting ratio value about RGB color data, the display driver (2) independently adjusts and generates corresponding pixel voltage according to the adjusting ratio value of R, G, B component. A display terminal color adjusting system relating to display device includes a main control unit (1), a display driver (2), and a display panel (3). The main control unit (1) includes an initializing module (11). The main control unit (1) also includes a color setting module (12). The said color setting module (12) generates a color adjusting ratio value. The display driver (2) includes a color adjusting module (21). The color adjusting module (21) receives the color adjusting ratio send by the color setting module (12), and realizes the color data adjusting according to the adjusting ratio to generate the corresponding pixel voltage. The display panel (3) displays the corresponding color.
