A noise reducing structure for a scroll compressor is provided to preventing exciting vibration forces from being transmitted directly to a casing from compression part or driving part, thereby reducing noise. A noise reducing structure for a scroll compressor comprises a casing(10), an aligner(20) apart from an inner surface of the casing by a predetermined distance, and a compression part formed in the aligner. A driving part has a driving shaft(73) coupled with a lower part of the compression part and a driving motor(70). A lower frame(91) is coupled with a lower part of the driving shaft. Elastic elements(14) are positioned at an upper part of the compression part and a lower part of the lower frame for absorbing vibration of the aligner. A sealing element(30) is interposed between the aligner and the casing for defining high and low pressure chambers.
