PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of forming a resistive element even when an electrode in contact with an optional position of the surface of a print resistor is formed, and to provide the print resistor formable by a print method such as the ink jet print method and the offset print method.

SOLUTION: The print resistor 11 contains a resin whose volume special resistance is 1×1010Ω cm or over, and conductive particles whose volume special resistance is 1×103Ω cm or below. The average roughness of the surface is 2 nm or over and 3,000 nm or below, and the average roughness of the center line of the surface exceeds 1.5 nm.
