PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate only videos in the case of the generation of a target event in a polyhedral manner by linking a plurality of cameras. SOLUTION: A video device stores a video received from a photographing means in a storage means as a video information by an encoding, and detects the generation of a specified event on the basis of event-detection index informations defined at every kind of the events and detection informations received from each sensor. The video device transmits a generated video generation-demand information generated on the basis of video-generation conditions previously stored in the storage means in response to event-detection indices to other video devices, and stores positional azimuth informations received from a positional azimuth detection means at specified time intervals in the storage means. The video device cuts out partial video informations corresponding to the video-generation demands from the video informations, and transmits the cut-out partial video informations at a video-generation demand place when its own video generator as the object machine of the video-generation demands is decided on the basis of the video-generation demands received from other video generators and the positional azimuth informations.
