PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous film type ligand immobilization substrate having epoxy group as a functional group for immobilization and preventing the lowering of affinity property after the ligand immobilization by designing a chemical structure on the substrate surface when creating a cell selective adsorbent by immobilizing the affinity ligand, and its production method; and to provide the cell selective adsorbent exerting superior selective adsorbent property of a target cell by immobilizing the affinity ligand on the ligand immobilization substrate, and its production method. SOLUTION: This ligand immobilization substrate wherein a specific chemical structure group containing epoxy group at least on the surface section of a porous film, is used as the cell selective adsorbent by immobilizing the ligand having the affinity on the specific cell surface, and its production method is provided. The cell selective adsorbent is formed by immobilizing the ligand having the affinity on the specific surface, on the ligand immobilization substrate; and its production method is provided.
